Obituary for Susan Boccanfuso (Capossela)

Susan Boccanfuso passed away peacefully with her family and friends by her side on March 29, 2017. Susan was born on April 28, 1949 in Greenwich, CT to Anthony and Carmela Capossela (nee Barone). She was a graduate of Greenwich High School and was a bookkeeper for several accounting firms in Greenwich and Stamford. On November 20, 1983 she married Antonio Boccanfuso in Greenwich, CT. Susan loved to cook and travel. She is survived by her husband Antonio, her brother Richard Capossela, her nephews Michael and Jack Capossela, and her niece Kara Capossela. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd #3, Greenwich, CT from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Ave., Riverside, CT. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Assoc., 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA. 22202. Or online at donations.diabetes.org.
